To some people winning is the primary reason for being a fan. If ward took a few losses...half the people who support him would have probably abandoned him. It's no fun if any argument can't be trumped by a fighter being undefeated with a long list of accomplishments. Front runner mentality.

Winning is the primary goal of competition and Ward has done that at every level. Somehow other boxers, pundits and analysts recognize Ward as one of the truly elite boxers in the world but haters do not. It must be coincidence that Ward has been a champion at every level and is the current #1 pound for pound boxer in the world but he doesn't know what he's doing.

The haters always expose their true agendas. The same haters that are here crying about Ward's lack of personality and promotional skills, have also been here for years crying about Mayweather doing everything to promote and sell PPV's. Hmmmm???
