Kov's camp just sound utterly confused at this point.
It's clear Kov needs to keep Ward on the end of his punches, using his superior reach and range fighting. A little bit better movement and an attempt to just try and box Ward from distance, rather than get in and take his head off, and Kov might win this.
But it sounds like he's going to go in there and try and take his head off.
Ward by comfortable UD.

Ward is the one who needs to get on the inside, feint and rush in. He did the right thing last fight which led to Kovalev tying up and grabbing - and when he is doing that for half the round then thats 90 seconds he's not throwing punches.
I hope Jackson has worked on a plan to stop Ward bull-rushing in. As others have said, step back and uppercuts.
