Ward is the one who needs to get on the inside, feint and rush in. He did the right thing last fight which led to Kovalev tying up and grabbing - and when he is doing that for half the round then thats 90 seconds he's not throwing punches.
I hope Jackson has worked on a plan to stop Ward bull-rushing in. As others have said, step back and uppercuts.

Havnt you noticed that kovalev is terrible at executing that gameplan you said. He has zero chance of changing overnight,& so far he has never been a countering potshot kind of fighter, he hasn't because hes terrible at it, thats why I think he has no shot at winning the rematch because hell try to ko ward knowing its his only shot,but Ward will just tire him out like before,but difference is that I expect Ward to steal rds early this time,& will use inside defense in middle rds,then finish strong with a UD win,I dont think Kov will kd ward either.

Ward wants to come inside and do his thing, that's his game. Even against Bika, a guy who you beat by jabbing and moving, Ward came inside.

that would be a bad idea, Kovs victory will have to come from the outside, he used a hell of a lot of energy to avoid an inside fight last fight. cant wait to see how this plays out. the jab and working off of it will get kov the W.
