I'm surprised no one has mentioned one thing that could play a big role in the fight. Broner has has gone late in fights, to the distance a number of times and Mikey has not had a fight in years that has gone over a few rounds. That could make a difference.....we do know that Broner has dropped fighters late in fights so stamina is not an issue.

This guy is one of the great champs today but he shouldn't be overconfident, Broner is physically very strong and seems ready to try and get his career back on track, Garcia must be very sure he will carry his power up after saying he is best at 135.

Broner always looks to box tho - he's very conscientious about conserving his energy until he knows you're done for (which hasn't happened since 135). Otherwise, he wants to set a slow place. So I do expect Mikey to sit on some shots early, try to get his respect...it's a question of, does he get his respect? I think he does. And maybe Broner lands a counter that changes Mikey's mind about pressing as much....

As much as I despise how Broner has conducted himself in & out of the ring, he still has skills even when he hasn't always applied himself. Mikey has been dropped by a slower counterpuncher in Roman Martinez. This isn't an easy fight for either but I'm going with a UD for Mikey.
