Then I asked you to follow the trend. The numbers are trending lower with each fight. You are ignoring that. I also added that HBO will not be showing the fight on their PPV arm which means lower advertising, no 24/.7 etc.

I made a reasoned case based on facts, none of which you addressed.

Come on dude, pac isn't fighting any of them. he won't even fight Spence , Crawford or Thurman.

there is NO gurantee that floyd will fight the winner of ggg/canelo, yet you bring it up and say these fights will do big number but when i bring those names up against pac, you said pac wont fight them! LOL!!!

Come on Dunn, to say "he won't even fight Spence, Crawford or Thurman" Is ridiculous considering Floyd will be fighting a guy that got a boxing licence 2 weeks ago. You can't use money as a motivating factor for Floyd fighting Mcgregor when Manny was willing to fight Crawford for somewhere around 20 million.

The difference is almost everyone projects Floyd/Conor to be a huge event even though we as boxing fans know its garbage. Bob has said Manny/Crawford would not generate enough for Manny to make $20 mil and he can't get a big enough sum from the networks to get Manny that either. So saying he wants $20 mil when he has been told it ain't there seems a little suspect.

Hopefully I am wrong and he fights crawford next. I think him or Spence next would be great.

My point is floyd already fought his no name-Berto. Everything points to his next fight being a huge event. I doubt he would be fighting Vargas level guys anymore since he is retired.

Not in my opinion, based on the numbers sold and the price of the tickets. Manny was a big a star, no question. he was just #2, not IMO, but based on the raw numbers-which are facts.

He didn't choose to fight Floyd. Instead, He chose to fight others for less money because, as you posted, he was making money on his own.

He took the lesser of 2 evils-he fought for less money without testing rather than biggest possible purse with testing.

Manny walked away from the table in 2009, because he believed he was as big a star as Floyd, had as much leverage at the bargaining table, and wasn't going to allow the Mayweathers to buttf**k him over $ or Floyd's demand for more stringent testing. Thats not hard to see.

I disagree. it wont generate enough because of both. Manny simply isn't selling like that anymore. Crawford, I agree, is still not a huge PPV draw.

Crawford brings more to the table then Horn though. thats why I am hopeful they fight next. Spence is a WW champion and I want to see the best in the division fight. Manny. Thurman and Spence are the 3 best so I wan to see them fight each other.
