there doesnt seem to be any hangups.... It is a good business move to stretch the negotiations along and keep getting publicity... They are hoping for a early fall date so they have plenty of time to sign a deal.... No hurryComment

this fight will be a split revenue fight... Im guessing floyd will get 60% if not more and conor will get 40%....Comment

I am hoping, praying this fight does NOT happen, please for all that is good in the world, or bad lol.Comment

dana white runs his mouth on tv too much... Al haymon who handles all of floyds contracts is the total opposite.... He never talks.... Haymon probably asked wme and ari to get involved and stop letting a meathead employee running around making delusional statements...Comment

70/30% split for floyd is fair but im guessing ufc is trying to get their cut of the pie to 40% like for manny....Comment

pbc is already working with fox/fox sports on a tv deal.... Pbc has also secured more investements from another wallstreet firm.... Al haymon is a harvard business school genius... He is always a step or two ahead....Comment

they've already agreed on the money split. If ari is in the room with al, it's down to production, promotion, and analytics.
These guys aren't some basic boxing business men. Both have sold and built multi million/billion dollar businesses. They're not wasting time negotiating money. That's likely the easiest term to work out.
The trick here is how much involvement the ufc will have in promotion...that's the critical issue. Ari likely wants ufc to have a bigger role than most people would assume.Comment

no way in hell they cut dana out of that even if they publicly state they did. I get that ari and haymon are the bosses in the equation but to say that dana is completely removed would make ari as dumb@zz businessman which we all know he isn't. Dana is not the lead on this but he's involved somewhere in that mix. Same as leonard, both are there involved.Comment
