Boxing fans shouldn't have any Interest. Floyd should be retired or fighting someone that actually has had a boxing match In the past and a license for more than 2 weeks.

Bro there are no promoters in UFC Dana calls all the shots and does the negotiating so yes he will be the one negotiating the fight with AL Haymon NOT Floyd.

this event is like floyd vs manny... This will sell it self and media from all over the world are dying to cover the fight..... Hollywood outlets and espn are dying to have floyd and conor on.... Dana is not needed for this even.... All the ufc ppv's have been flopping for the past year.... Dana should worry more about the bums on the ufc roster

You do realize an event is more than just people showing up, the media covering it and the fighters being ready right...You don't just show up to a concert and the band is ready to go. There are many stages to any kind of event, stages that many entertainment CEOs can't even start to explain in any level of detail.

Mayweather probably wants 70% of the revenue and im guessing ufc ari are demanding 40% for conor.... Dana bighead white or leonard nostrils ellerbe are not needed for such a simple problem....

You do realize Ari and Al don't actually put on these shows right? The ones who do are Leonard and Dana...so you as a business owner are going to agree to a split before you know what you potentially are on the hook for? There are many intangibles involved in even the smallest of events, an event of this magnitude has a lot of unknowns that you need to account for before settling on money...neither Al nor Ari manages these events but guess who does...Dana and Leonard. From merchandise placement, to concession sales, to additional security costs..neither Al nor Ari have any idea about any of that shh, so they do what any smart businessman does and that's call in the people who actually deal with that shh.

Mayweather has been doing global scale ppv shows for years..... His fights have been broadcast in more than 100 countries for yearssss.. They have the template..... The hold is the split and the date.... Thats it.... Like i said dana or leonard are not needed for those details.... They can do the day to day promoting like employees do...
