Sergio Klincher is training hard for Ward, at least I found footage of him preparing w/new coach.

they don't call him klincher for nothing

That's kovalev's quote.....He lost, I know it, you know it, we ALL know it.
He's saying that he will beat Ward even more clearly this time so even the corrupt judges will be forced to give him the W.

Too many excuses being throw around honestly and don't be shocked of that becomes a great downfall! Sometimes when you don't humble yourself you will GET HUMBLED one way or another. I see ARROGANCE, I see someone being DISMISSIVE and I don't see anybody on his team with any humility! I see someone who has bought into their own hype and is feeling invincible because the fans and HBO told him he is invincible. This could back fire and lead to pure embarrassment on the biggest stage which would indeed be humbling!

We shall see next week! It would be better to focus on the rematch to get revenge instead of still b1tching about the 1st Fight going into the rematch!

FFS, Kovalev can believe he won 7 out of 12 rounds, and hence the fight, but also think he can improve something to win the rest of the rounds.

It's really not that hard of a concept to grasp.

Thats not what hes been saying though, hes been saying when asked what would he do differently"I wouldn't do anything different since I dominated the 1st fight & was robbed" he then goes back to the gym & changes everything in its entirety from the 1st fight,& now that the fights nearing hes saying this hypocrit nonsense as an early excuse...

Kovalev can blame overtraining, but the truth is that Andre Ward's body work paid dividends down the stretch.

I thought that Wards body shots slowed down Kovalev.
I also thought that Ward was still very technical in rounds 6-12. Kovalev isnt use to staying focused that long. It mentally fatigued him as well.

No, he won the first fight.

But he realizes he would have needed to KO Ward to win. He failed to get the KO because he became tired in the later rounds. He still clearly won, but the judges robbed him.

This comparison makes no sense at ALL. Considering Floyd won that fight running away.
