There's still only a select few elite fighters that could beat him today in and around the weight class (140 to 147). There's only one 140 pounder that would favored to beat him, and that's Crawford. At 147 Spence would be (most likely) favored, and Pacquiao & Thurman honestly is probably a 50/50 affair. Some would've favored Brook previously but I still think Pacquiao beats Brook -- especially this Brook that has had his orbitals battered into submission.

I think Terence beats Pacquiao at this point. Spence, too. Thurman I still think is 50/50. Everybody else? Pacquiao would be favored to beat them all, even at 38.

The only people I would put above Manny Pacquiao at Welterweight at the minute are Keith Thurman and Errol Spence Jr. The former in my opinion is the divisional champion and has the resume to back it up. The latter has the ability and skills to beat Manny at this stage. When it comes to name value I think Manny was relevant because of the rivalry with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Now Floyd is gone Manny isn't relevant anymore. His choice of opponent for his next fight reflects that. He doesn't have long left to go in his career and I doubt we will see him winning big fights against top names again.

He beat Bradley and Vargas last year which is nothing to sniff at, but he is over the hill now and has been for a while. He really needs to retire.

Arguably the current best WW. He doesn't want a challenge unless paid ridiculous money though.

I say yes, but he has about 9 months to prove he still belongs in the fold or he needs to cough up the WBO belt.

I disagree, the opponents are making Pacquiao irrelevant. If he fought Thurman, Spence or Crawford those would be big fights and fans would be interested.

Garcia and Spence would beat him imo. Not sure about Crawford. Thurman probably he could beat but it's not a forgone conclusion. Brook would give him a good fight.
