I honestly didnt see what you mean in that fight w Jr,as all I noticed was fonfara being way too strong & skilled for undisciplined Jr. I truly think with any trainer it wouldve been same result. I think Ward is good despite Hunter not because of him,hes his godfather whos lucky ward has the talent to put him on the map. Hunter seems to suck at teaching defense,his fighters seem to only know how to stick & move,but get clobbered when caught.

I dont know, I'm not someone who intricately follows hunter,Im speaking from just the few fights ive seen of his fighters,& all of wards fights. Like I said,I didnt see hunter help him make adjustments,but im not saying he didn't,that fight was ages ago & I was just in shock at the destruction of Jr who at the time had been very undisciplined more than any other time. As Ive said I just can't stand Hunter because he always slanders other fighters, says rediculous things with no proof,& talks like hes Emanuel Steward. I do know that Andrade was training with him which is a somewhat success story,but I think that was only in 2013.

Hunter did the right thing. His fighter was getting pummeled repeatedly by the same left hand that left Dawson down and out and had no reply.

He lives to fight another day and provide for his family. It's a sport.

I just checked & actually fonfara was with Sam Colonna for the Jr fight.
Heres a list of his fighters but I dont think dates are accurate as Andrade dropped him as his trainer after 1 fight & went back w his dad. But out of the list there seems to be a trend of fighters with shoddy defense in the trenches, they all seem to crumble under pressure,only Ward doesnt because he is just talented & very intelligent fighter. Mares is just talented too.But I honestly dont know who they all are.
