Joshua has a rematch clause and mandatories, Fury is out, Klitschko has Joshua or retires, Povetkin is a drug cheat, Parker doesnt want the fight, Pulev is mandatory for Joshua (bigger money fight). Ortiz is also mandatory for Joshua and again, Joshua is the much bigger money fight, so it's understandable that they wont risk their mandatory status for Wilder.

Whyte was injured and will probably rematch Chisora again. Takam is not known enough, Ruiz Jr. hasnt trained with Sanchez since his loss.
