at 6-3 and with a large reach, ali could be 220-230 in todays world without much speed impact
no he wasn't

Ali was fleshy 14-16% bodyfat at 212

Haye is ripped to the bone 8% at that weight, if he came chugging into the ring at 15% bodyfat like ali he'd be over 230lbs

Ali would be a cruiserweight today and he'd have no chance vs the super heavies

Remember when ali fought the massive "big" george foreman

that monsterous 218lb of a man who would be a midget by todays standards

If Haye trained like Ali he probably never hits 200lbs. He's naturally a slim guy who has pumped himself with heavy weights.

Haye at 200lbs

notice ripped to the bone and dry

The only real muscle mass on him is his biceps

other than that not carrying a huge amount of muscle mass, just <7% bodyfat

a bulky meathead he is not

I no Alitard but this question is a total disrespect for Ali. Today's HWs are by far the worst.
Bums absolute no skills
Straight outta steroid GYMs
Once again we have stars
But vs Ali, theyr all 'no mas'.

So if they said it about the 90's and the heavyweights are worse today it still applies.

what it means is people glorify the past and dont appreciate what they have in front of them

You gotta admit the heavyweights today are lacking something. Every champion that we have has a different flaw. AJ is still young but fights like a robot and can't love his head. Wilder has power but his technique lies behind his right hand and (If the Nelson stories are correct) has a chin problem. Joseph Parker is a Burger King boy.

LOL at how fans glorify the past fights and fighters . IF you switched some of the best fights of 70's and particularly the 60's and replaced them today ,you guys would be crying BUMS ! How did we get so ****** as fans in general ?

And NO Ali doesnt get away with mosr tactics he did THEN , he will get hit more and harder (HE WASNT ACTUALLY HARD TO HIT IF YOU WATCH FULL LENGTH FIGHTS , I KNOW PPL DONT ) and im POSITITIVE most DONT know why!
