Mayweather was right about Virgil Hunter.

Look. It was a good stoppage. Fonfara was getting done up worse than Said Lawal.

But Fonfara's performance was SO much worse than the first fight, it's got me thinking that TBE was spot on about Hunter being a terrible trainer.

I have no idea what the strategy was tonight, but it was flawed. Stevenson didn't look that much more impressive than he usually does.

Fonfara is who he is at this point in his career man. I hope you weren't expecting some kind of miracle change

Not at all, but I expect at least 9 rounds out of a dude that took Stevenson the distance the first time and stopped a guy that Canelo couldn't.

When you're up against a puncher like Stevenson it can be over in a heartbeat. He got caught early and wasn't able to recover, sh-t happens.

He's not the same since and he is older. That knockout to Smith may have taken something out of him as well

Hunter is as good a trainer as Ann Wolfe.

Trainers don't have superpowers ffs. Plus you need some months & years in with a guy before you can start having any real impact I feel.

How long these two been together?
