Imagine a fight broke out in the middle of a bridge game. This was not a sucker punch and the ref said fight. Before every single damn fight every single ref says one thing "protect yourself at all times."

Floyd-Ortiz was a sucker punch, but one that can be defended as legal, IMO at that level of the game you just don't do that especially when you're claiming to be the best ever. I'm a fan of floyd, but that was all wrong. He would've gotten a lot more credit if he beat, schooled and knocked him the right way and would've felt better and proud with his victory (not that he cares). All months of training, and you just suckered a guy to victory, dem.

Especially also that Ortiz has been beaten by lesser fighter before and after that fight, which proved that they don't need to sucker him for a win or a KO but the best ever did.

Floyd was winning that fight, easily, and was on route to a knockout. We wanted more during that fight, one of his only few exciting ones, and we ended the night unsatisfied. I know Floyd wants to be hated, for business purposes. But he shouldn't be upset either nor his fans when he's not getting due credit.
