This was a UK fight for a UK audience. Showtime just picked it up because it was a solid fight. All they spent was the $ to fly their crew over.

Monday was the Memorial Day holiday so lots of people took advantage of the three day weekend to travel.

In any case it was a good, entertaining fight between two world class talents. If people missed it it's their loss.

Personally I hope Showtime keeps airing these international fights in that time slot. Over time people will get used to it and will know to tune in.

thurman is already very well known. His fights has done the best ratings for pbc.... Thurman holds all the new primetime boxing records..... Spence will need to build his name more and i hope he does... I hope his next fight is in dallas...
