                    I've gone to gyms many times. I rarely see guys lifting more than 225 lbs. Specially not skinny guys that need to keep weight on track.

                      Are they cutting weight? Sparring multiple rounds per day and running miles? Also are they underfed? All the above decreases your strength considerably. They'd be lucky to do 225 for 1 rep after all that.
