LOL @ you assh0les pretending 225lbs is too little.

First, he is not training to be a bodybuilder or a strong man.
Second, it's a pretty good weight to lift.

I'm 56 weigh 185 and that's a tiny weight. But I agree it's more about power(speed) and work capacity rather than strength for boxing. And we don't know what he did before that so he might of been doing a high rep pyramid and was burned out by the time he got to that weight.

That's 2 plates. A very decent weight for a guy his size. He's a boxer, not a gym-rat. You don't see those bodybuilders all pumped up win any combat sports because they would gas out in the 1st round and get KTFO'd.

It should be around 225 from the looks of it.

Look at his build, form, and how the weights were stacked...any fool would notice he doesn't bench as a regular exercise. That's ~ 133% of his body weight, that's good, especially for someone who is obviously not working that specific lift.

I assume it is the final rep of a 5-3-1 piramid.

No, that's not a tiny weight. Show me videos of yourself lifting more.

                  1) There are ******s here saying that boxers should not lift weights.
                  2) There are other ******s that claim 225 pounds is tiny weight... yeah and a 8 inch **** is small.

It's universally known that boxers shouldn't lift heavy weights.

That's why Kov is lifting such a weak, pathetic weight. It's not hard to figoure out.
