But I have no problem with Brooks taking a knee and stopping the fight. Like Shadow said, this wasn't quitting like Walters and punk ass Dirrell. If he says he couldn't see then he did right by taking a knee. Only an idiot would risk their eyesight and keep fighting.
This much we can agree on. People need to take a look at Gerald mcclellean now and tell me that they'd rather be labeled a warrior and live like he is. Dude is blind, partially deaf and brain damaged. Brook took 2 straight fights vs dangerous guys and put it all out there. Only people who have a problem with what he did or labeled him a quitter are bit*ches who wouldn't dare fight themselves.

Gypsy Joe Harris fought into blindness. He fought by feel in the end, his jab was his walking stick.

Aye man, Imma tell you a little secret in case you didn't know...
No matter what any boxer says, they all fight for the money first and foremost! Don't get fooled by them into thinking other things like love for boxing and legacy comes first. It don't! It's all about the money. Always has been and always will be....

Multiple people die every single year in boxing. If health is your main concern than you obviously shouldn't ever enter a ring or be a boxer.

If your defense isn't good enough, then you have to take punches and accept that, or quit being a fighter.

You don't get to call yourself a warrior and also quitter.

No, you miss my point. He lost his sight in the ring. Then there is Harry Greb, he died getting eye surgery.

Brook was smart to quit when Kell did QUIT. Smart move-wise

Kell Brook did the only sensible thing to do when being battered senseless just give UP. Why endanger your health for What? QUITTING made sense even in front of 27,000 Brit fans. No Shame in QUITTING.
