the bold is the problem, and yet you are using that as an excuse?

knowledgeable fans view the ABC bodies with disdain and contempt..... not just because of the greed and corruption, and not just because each and every single one of them has repeatedly put their own selfish interests ahead of the sport..... but because you simply cannot have 4 champions and NONE of those ABC bodies are definitive

since the conception of the WBC..... not one of those organisations has ever been definitive, EVER

not bashing the lame IBF, because not one of them has EVER got it right

A year ago, the IBF rankings were:

      #1 Vacant
      #2 Vacant
      #3 Takam
      #4 Parker
      #5 Pulev
      #6 Chisora

Takam fought Parker for #1 and Pulev fought Chisora for #2.

#1 Parker was then supposed to fight #2 Pulev, but Parker vacated his position to pursue the WBO title. Leaving Pulev as the mandatory.

I am not supporting anything, so what you are saying is false. My hope is that Al Haymon will put all of the sanctioning bodies out of business or severely cripple them so American boxing fans have one clear cut premier championship to follow instead of four.

And experienced industry veterans realize the promoters and networks are to blame. The sanctioning bodies are unnecessary middle men that the promoters and networks fund and encourage in an effort to trick the public.

If you want 1 champion, you need a monopoly like every other sport. Al Haymon is the best chance of there someday being a monopoly and therefore 1 champion.

There were multiple organizations long before the WBC. The NYSAC, IBU & NBA simply morphed into the WBC & WBA. The creation of the IBF & WBO are what really ****ed things up. Blame Bob Arum for both of those.

You act like the sanctioning bodies have any actual power. They only have the power voluntarily given to them by the promoters and networks.

The bodies exist because the promoters and networks want them to. So the bodies can take all the heat while the promoters and networks benefit from having more "world" title fights.

          you are missing the point.....

#3 Takam, #4 Parker, #5 Pulev, #6 Chisora.... is a terrible ranked heavyweight list

a year ago, Parker had only beaten one guy even slightly worth-a-damn..... and guess what, that was Takam

          TERRIBLE !!

why support TERRIBLE, especially when it is clearly NOT in the best interests of boxing?

if there is even the slightest truth in any of that - and I can only see a few small spots - then why do YOU spend so much time justifying (therefore supporting) the IBF?..... especially in light of their ridiculous decisions, ridiculous decisions that are clearly not in the best interests of boxing?

those were the top heavyweights pursuing the IBF title at the time. there are four organizations. four sets of rankings. the IBF's job is to rank the best fighters interested in fighting for the IBF. who exactly should they have been ranking that they weren't ranking?

why support TERRIBLE, especially when it is clearly NOT in the best interests of boxing?
the problem is that you don't know what words mean. i'm not supporting anything. is english not your first language? be honest.

It's a pretty normal list as far as alphabet orgs are concerned. WBO for example is:
                  C: Parker
                  1. Hughie (yes Hughie) Fury
                  2. Hammer
                  3. Pulev

And I'm sure the others are as bad or worse.

IBF just sticks to its own imperfect rules a lil more than the other orgs but they're all subject to the fractured state of boxing.

if you said hitler ****d his sister and it wasnt true, i would point out that it wasnt true. that wouldnt mean i support hitler. thats not how words work.
