People are their own harshest critic, phenomenal performance from Spence. Ripped the belt from the champ and broke his face. Nothing's perfect but couldn't ask for much more.

He looked off balance a number of times and might have even been slightly hurt a time or two, but I think Spence is being a bit hard im himself.

If Spence had of won on points i would give him more credit. But winning on basis of blurred vision of opponent is unsatisfactory to me. Its like if spence had won on cuts even though brook landed more or vitali did on lennox lewis.

Just as long as spence dont get big headed. Spence did travel though so i will give him credit for doing what he had to do. A good win for Spence.

Spence got buzzed a couple of times but won't admit it said he was never hurt some body punches clearly hurt brook but he said none bothered him it's ok to say you got stung especially when you won in other guys back yard

This kid is super-likeable. No BS with him. Whilst everyone is ready to anoint him king, he knows he wasn't at his best.

A lot of that was down to Brook but the inactivity just isn't good. He's young, he's champ, hopefully he stays active.

This fight might be like Crawford vs Burns - where Crawford looked good but not great but once he got the belt, he flourished to what he has become now (a truly formidable fighter).

There's an expression: "you don't rise to the occasion, you fall to your level of training". Some days you just don't have it so you need to rely on having raised yourself to such a high level that even when you're not at your best you still get the job done.
