Thurman and Garcia did seem to be contested at a higher level. Both guys are sharper and make less mistakes.

That was a good fight, my hats off to all these guys. I can afford to sit here and critique, but it's mainly the management and matchmaking I try to low rate. I do get into styles and courage, but that's part of it. Brook didn't quit without reason. He hung on to that title for dear life. He gets more respect from me for losing so tough, than he did for winning so easy.

This is what I think. It's not that Thurman or Garcia are better fighters than Brook or Spence.

It's just that whether it was their layoff or because their styles didn't mesh well. For whatever reason they were sluggish and a little sloppy. I thought the Thurman-Garcia fight was better to watch overall, because it was more pleasing to the eyes, less sluggish, sloppy, etc...

I know Spence and Brook are better than they showed. We've seen them look better. For whatever reason it didn't translate tonight. It wasn't all bad though, round 10 was epic and a few other moments were good. But overall not what I was expecting to see from Errol Spence and Kell Brook in terms of performance for a fight that was highly touted and hyped.

Errol woul definitely need to bring his A game for PAC or Thurman, because he'll definitely bring out the best in Thurman and the beast in PAC.

Pac is done hes still a verry good fighter but nothing compared to his prime. I expect him to win a lackluster decision-win against Horn, nothing impressive. Roach said hes looking worse than ever in camp and Roach always keeping it real. (A hard working, honest trainer despite his illness, you have to admire that man.) Im sure he would lose to a big, fresh, young, skilled fighter like Spence.

he didnt have much of a jab (iirc) and most of his in fighting was sloppy. there were a few hooks from kell that just barely missed.

spence needs a new moniker, doe. carl had it 1st.

He was the same Spence who fought Algieri and Bundu. Brook just made him look average until the eye injury. This guy's trying to make his win sound better than it really was. He should be happy with the biggest win of his career and leave it at that. He has a bright enough future, no need to go all Floydie and shiiii.

I liked how classy Spence was about Brook. He could've said he quit etc but took the high road and gave him and the Sheffield fans they're proper respect.
