    Cotto vs Lemieux in December?

    Per Dan Rafael:

    Mark (Chicago, IL)

So what made HBO reconsider Cotto-Kamegai? Did they get an assurance Cotto will follow it up with a big fight? Did the price go down dramatically without the Roc Nation guaranteed money?

Dan Rafael, The Boxing Guy (12:09 PM)

As I understand it HBO has assurances that should all go well with Cotto he will fight at 160 in his next fight and face a top guy with Lemieux the most likely. Previously, he had not agreed to that. Also, the financial deal is the same as Roc Nation had offered as far as I am told.
I think Cotto gets knocked out.

Hmm. Interesting. But if Cotto is going to 160 and possibly looking to fight with Lemieux. Why not fight GGG in a big fight, more money???

I can see Cotto agreeing to that verbally and then not following through.

Looks like they are taking the:

route with cotto. Lemule hits hard as hell. Unless they are going to drain him I got lemule winning.

I doubt it. Canelo didn't end his career why would Lemiux who I belive to be a bit on the overrated side.

Canelo boxes more. He didn't really go in for the kill. I think he could have stopped COtto.

I think one connection from lemuix puts cotto out. I don't think cotto will take this fight
