Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury Will NOT Receive License Until UKAD Case is Resolved

He's gonna show up licensed in Alabama approaching Hatton-Pac levels of coked out just for the payday. Calling it now. The UK might not license him but some state in the USA will.Comment

UKAD have no concrete evidence or this would have been resolved last year, that's why they still insist on testing after he was suspended to help bolster their flimsy case. All because he doesn't approve of ****sexuality.Comment

unbelievible how many laywers, attorneys judges etc are now on this case only because he s sick in his head and has no control of his emotions. i think he is a very very complicate caracter who will always make problems. never ending storyComment

I'm not sure about that, but I think he could. UKAD and the British boxing board have no jurisdiction outside the UK, and the VADA test Fury failed was for *******, not PEDs, so he probably could get a licence outside the UK.You'll have to forgive me, but this is a side of boxing that I don't have much knowledge in. But can Fury fight anywhere outside the UK? How does that work? Obviously a much different situation, but is it like Tyson back in the day when he had to go all over to find places that would license him? Could Fury theoretically go to some far corner of the earth to procure a fight?Comment

The longer this drags on, the more convinced I am that UKAD have no real case against Fury. They normally act very quickly on positive tests ... suspending within days of the result coming in then nailing the accusation down with a legal hearing a month or so later.
It's more than 2 years now since Fury's flagged test, so why are UKAD still stalling? If this was a cut and dried case they wouldn't be worried about who sits on the panel judging it and asking for yet another adjournment.Comment

"All of this was meant to be presented by Fury's legal team - led by top Canadian lawyer James Bunting - at this month's hearing in London, but the case was halted when UKAD's own legal star Jonathan Taylor objected to a member of the three-person panel's undeclared conflict of interest." - See more at: http://www.boxingscene.com/tyson-fur....ynoOB1rs.dpuf
What's your problem .. bias or reading comprehension?Comment

Alright, thanks for the responses fellas, that's kind of what I figured. I don't see why he doesn't just fight somewhere else under somebody else's license then while he waits for the UKAD to make a decision. If he is serious about coming back he should take whatever options are available to him.Comment
