You'll have to forgive me, but this is a side of boxing that I don't have much knowledge in. But can Fury fight anywhere outside the UK? How does that work? Obviously a much different situation, but is it like Tyson back in the day when he had to go all over to find places that would license him? Could Fury theoretically go to some far corner of the earth to procure a fight?

Fury is a doper, got his juice from his trainer and uncle a former drug crime baron. He was not only tested positive by UKAD but also by Vada. The Fury family thinks they can live beyond the law.
