All jokes aside, Rosado is a damn good fighter (Idc if 99% of people here disagree). And I know his lack of accomplishments contradict that but I think if he had FULLY dedicated himself to boxing with a good team, he would had had much better success.

Or maybe not when you consider his skin issue. But then again, Linares has the same issue and look at him.
The kid was working at Home Depot up until around the GGG fight, if memory serves. One would have to believe Gabe would've done better in his pro career if he started boxing earlier and had the right upbringing. But how much better is the real question. We'll never know. Right now Rosado's a fighter who's just good enough to hang with many of the top boys, but not quite good enough to beat them.

Is this thread a subliminal message to Miguel Cotto and his fans? lol! Hands down Cotto is 1 of the greats of this era and has to be in PR history. I dont care for Miguel Cottos Jennifer Lopez like attitude but you have to appreciate the skill.

No one really knows but he looked like he had potential. He has a nice style and he has some tricks up his sleeve.

He comes to fight. Rosado's the perfect opponent for a rising star, or a better fighter looking to fill the time between big fights. He can give you a workout, but he's relatively safe. Gabe's last ten fights: 2 wins, 1 ND, 6 losses. This guy's no threat, but he tends to make for an entertaining fight.

Sure he fights anyone, but that's because he'd have no career if he didn't. It's not like Rosado's a talent with a "zero" to protect. He's managed to find good work with limited ability. That's saying something. There aren't too many guys like that.
Gabe's not the greatest, but he sure makes it hard to root against him. I'm a fan.

He's a "Rocky"-type, an underdog who comes to fight. Everyone likes that. I'm actually amazed Rosado's managed to hang around as long as he has. I thought he would've been sent into obscurity a while back, but Gabe continues to find work. Kudos to him.

It's what I've been saying for a while. He's what promoters with a rising star want: Rosado has a sympathetic fan base, faced some good names, and comes forward to fight but ultimately is a safe fight and will make your guy look good. Charlo, Murray, and Monroe were able to show off textbook boxing. Lemeule and Gennady knocked Rosado out. The only thing that hasn't happened to Rosado yet getting fully knocked out

Cotto and it's not even close.
Too many people forget his early days at 140 and 47.
                    Dude was a beast.

Not too many guys with those attributes out there. It's why Gabe still manages to find work, despite very limited success. Two wins in your last ten fights (including a ND) is pretty bad by any standard. Yet, Rosado's phone continues to ring. Gotta hand it to him. Lol
