He takes on all comers because he can't affort to reject anyone and contenders / prospects are happy to fight him because they know he's extremely easy to beat. I don't think he's particularly exciting either: no punching power, low to average punch output, can't cut off the ring, etc. He talks a lot of smack before his fights but rarely backs it up in the ring. Baddest journeyman of this era.

Rosado is 6 feet tall, way bigger than Cotto, he should have been beating the Charlos, Quillins and Murrays of the division. Cotto would have defeated Murray, Monroe, Angulo and Ennis easy. Possibly Charlo.
