They ain't moving and Floyd knows it he is blowing smoking people around him will tell him just pick another date this ain't about your ego it's about making money and it's just bad business for Floyd this late in the game to try and move Canelo off that spot.
Floyd takes the fight before July, and grabs September, he will do just fine..

It's not like Floyd-Conor needs any help or time in "promoting "...

          true.

and people can say what they want, but the fact that both guys are bonafide s#it talkers, and speak english, doesn't hurt......as far as casual appeal goes.

He won't and it's suicide if he does. Again using your Disney analogy they have things scheduled long in advance. Floyd hasn't fought in forever and waited too damn long and now another mega blockbuster already has that date. Disney wouldn't plan something so crappy like this wait till the last minute and they would never rush something out because their movie costs more to make and requires more money back in revenue to break even. You take 1m PPV buys out of Floyd/Mcgregor pockets and they in red and Dana White and all the smart business people around floyd know it. This is about ego with Floyd doing this because it's just bad terrible business that only hurts Floyd more then it hurts Golden Boy. I believe without a doubt they can sell 1m PPV even head to head with Floyd more then enough to make money. Can Floyd get a network, venue and investors to put up money knowing they losing half their buyers by forcing this date? The answer is nope.

I disagree...NOBODY who is planning to buy the GGG-Canelo fight would buy the May-Mac fight instead if they announced it for the same weekend. I would imagine 98% of NSB'ers will be streaming this fight anyway, no matter what date it falls on.

                    That's what I think too.

Mayweather vs McGregor is simply a mega event. I feel Canelo vs GGG is a big event, but nowhere near the size.

GGG vs. CANELO going be a WAR.

Floyd toying with Connor for 12 rounds is going to be a sparring slap fight
