Yep, always the same critics but nobody do something against that, boxing journalists (or even some boxing fans who have time) should make a ranking about the worst judges, they can have all the bouts' details on BoxRec, if a judge made bad pointing in many fights so maybe he know nuts about boxing or maybe he's corrupted, a top-10 worst boxing referees (with stats and proofs) will be interesting and funny to see

Bad judging makes my blood boil, but I look at the Murata/D'Dam fight and the judges have my sympathy.

Murata hardly threw anything for large parts of the fight. He threw 2 punches in the first round ? A jab and one at the very end ? Then N'Dam was throwing a lot, but landing almost nothing. That was a judges nightmare.

However, there were a couple of occasions where N'Dam was knocked backwards from a clean punch and would clearly have gone down but for the ropes. In my understanding these should have been called knockdowns by the ref, which would have given a couple more 10-8 rounds to Murata if called correctly (5th and 7th I think), which would mean N'Dam having to then win 8 of the other 9 rounds to get a points decision, which I doubt. If any of the judges gave N'Dam either the 5th or the 7th where he should have got a 10-8 against him, then thats where the robbery would be.

          What a bloody robbery.
Ndam ****ing hit nothing but glove all night and 2nd half of the fight ran like a chicken.
No wonder I hardly watch boxing anymore, so much blind ****er judges.

            CORRECTION:

ndam-murata was NOT for the vacant middleweights strap. its not vacant. jacobs just challenged golovkin for the WBA middleweight championship, and golovkin is STILL the WBA champ.

the "regular" and "interim" and assistant and
diamond and silver and whatever are
            NOT the world middleweight championship.

holding one of these belts means youvarr
            DEFINITELY NOT world
            champion.

aint u guys got a journalist
            on staff? or an editor
            or
            fact
            checker? somemof
the writin is good, and the volume of
            content is fantastic, but christ
            hire
            an editor.

that is the same belt Golovkin defended 11 times in his current string of defences

yep merchant would score the fight to the fighter who was more aggressive regardless if he landed...merchant was a strictly phone booth guy, lampley was more into the background story of a fighter...the sadder the more chance he has of winning

... I didn't watch the Barthelemy fight too closely, because I felt the Cuban is getting beaten easily...

... But I closely watched the Murata fight and commented here (rbr)... It was funny as ****!!! Murata kept flooring N'dam at times, but Pabon failed to notice anything! ... And I even wrote here that N'dam may get a 'decision" (as long as Pabon doesn't keep track of KDs...)... and he did, ffs!!! What a fucking shame!!!

I thought the same thing about N'dam being held up by the ropes but I checked and the WBA doesn't have that rule.
