To hear the Anglophiles, Tank was sweating bullets to make 130. He has room to grow, he needs to. Who's left at 130? Loma and some face fighters.

Tank is near his mid 20's and Loma is in his late 20's seems like the perfect unification match up for November-Dec 2017..

Tank ain't ready for Loma. Get Tank two more fights this year and two more next year and he'll be ready I'm the fall of 2018

He pretty much is a young pup in the grand scheme of things. He's got many years left on him before he even reaches prime age. No need to rush this, Floyd is just being honest with knowing his fighter isn't ready for that caliber of opponent yet.

Tank stripped naked and still missed weight but if they both leave 130 then they'll still be in the same division.

This fight will take place @ 135, if at all! Davis isn't ready for Loma! I would like to see Davis vs. Gary Russell Jr. @ 130! If GRJ is serious about fighting Loma again, he should take that strap from Tank!

It's amazing how people are struggling to grasp this. It's not like he's calling out everyone in the division and then avoiding Loma. Him and his team know they're not ready. End of story.

He just got the damn belt. The person everyone wants him to fight was still in the amateurs at the same age. He'll likely fight decent to good opposition while improving. By that time, Loma will either still be around or at 135 fighting Garcia. He's not holding the division hostage by any means.
