Floyd was the one who said "I don't drain any fighter, when I fight someone I want them at the optimum best weight". Even though he said that it was all bs.

Yes Canelo said he'd fight Floyd at 151 but it was because he knew that's the only way to convince Floyd to fight. He was willing to put himself at risk to fight him, he paid the price for it but he did what he had to do to convince Floyd to fight.

If Floyd was a man of his words and belief, he would have told Canelo no knew for a catchweight i want you at your ultimate best weight. But no he agreed to put alllow Canelo to put himself at a disadvantage and because of that, the victory doesn't carry as much luster to it.

Using the OPs logic, if Canelo loses, then that should tarnish Mayweather's record even further because he obviously beat an overrated hype-job OR it makes GGG just as "great" because he beat an even better version of Canelo. While he's at it, the OP should also give credit to Calzaghe for all of Hopkins and Jones prior wins.

First of all, I'm self employed, secondly, my parents been married for twenty five years now.
