The pairing was a horrible idea from the beginning.

Chavez Jr. doesn't have a high boxing IQ or defensive skills that Nacho looks for in his fighters.

Chavez Jr. is a brawler by nature and that was his best chance at victory.

It felt staged to me he wasn't trying to throw anything and he was getting tagged either way he could of easily let his hands go just felt like he wasn't throwing on purpose.
