Well I think the offers that were out there were fair offers, as long as at least some of the ppv was included. I always felt that gggs team never declined any deal. They were just waiting for both ppv fights to be over before announcing it.Hold on a minute. Let's see what the details are. I would be surprised if GGG gets much more that the offer made public by GB. If it is much the same, the logical question is why did it take so long for Golovkin to sign on? If GGG's actual share is much more than $15 million plus the small upside that was offered, then waiting was a smart move.Comment

Easy jacobs ppv flopped, lost the Saunders fight, no big fight options, golden boy told them you take the offer or lemieux gets the fight Sept and you can keep fighting for peanuts. GGG caved on their asking price demands to the A side. After almost losing to jacobs they know they can't keep haggling for more money they cashing out.Comment

or were they just entertaining the fanboy f@gs who were bashing Canelo for the same thing?
I am sure you must have noticed them as well, right?
hey, how come you didn't take time out of your busy day to address those guys and their childish ramblings?

Loeffler out his own mouth said he received the offer from oscar. Oscar said it was 8 figures, Loeffler never demanded the amount. Admitted to not accepting the offer. They priced themselves out and the Jacobs fight changed all that. Backed out Saunders fight and they just happy to take whatever they can get now. LMAOComment

That makes sense. GGGs and his folks sat on the GB proposal to see what the PPV numbers would be for the Jacobs fight. The figured they had nothing to lose unless they had to agree to something less than $15 million. I am curious what the September fight PPV numbers will be. I don't think it will the big blockbuster people are expecting. My guess is around $1 to 1.2 million tops! We can get a better guess after the Canelo Chavez Jr. numbers are in.Comment

Of course bombing ppvs and almost losing to Jacobs made GGG camp realize they are the clear B side and they need to cash out now. They also had pressure of a short window to agree because like I said earlier their stock has fallen and if you wait until the canelo/chavez numbers come back you golden boy will have more amo to lower the offer. I bet they are getting far less then the offer golden boy made months ago for 15m which GGG camp foolishly turned down. They banked on GGG being able to rise his stock and demand more money to fight canelo. But they sobered up to reality when jacobs numbers came and they stopped pricing themselves out.
that, and Saunders sniffing around
imho, it was mainly Saunders
not because he is a killer
because he has the style to make the situation you described above, worse
Saunders made himself unavoidable NEXT for Golovkin, unless Golovkin fights Canelo..... BJS did that firstly by accepting ALL terms, and secondly by being so vocal in the media.....
I do not believe that Team Golovkin could have selected another no-hoper because of the public backlash, Golovkin had to fight Saunders NEXT
the last thing Team Golovkin need is Gennady failing to put Saunders away, looking bad in the process, or..... worse
it was time to make the Canelo fightComment

It took 2 weeks which clearly means there was no previous negotiations, that in turns means that offer that you have all been creaming over was false, as I said, you are the Eskimo and Oscar has been selling you morons truck loads of ice, gee you must feel ****** hahahahahaComment
