like i said before just beause someone says something doesnt mean its true, yes arthur did offer sturm 1.2M but behind closed doors who knows what was going on not to mention the fact that arhtur had 2 fights already, he offered sturm a fight but where could he fit it in to? he had his mandatory fight coming up in august and had the fight with kofi, that offer might still be on the table but arthur has gotta finish what he already has planned, and how was eastman a bigger draw then sturm? he fought joppy a long time ago while sturm fought oscar recently (at the time) and was still fresh in the peoples minds, besides sturm/hopkins shoulda happened anyway because sturm beat oscar and everyone knows it
