What does Golden Boy do if Canelo loses?

I hate how boxers have so much to lose from a loss. That is why we have this constant ducking in boxing. You lose one fight and your career is over. Look at MMA. McGregor lost a fight and he didnt lose a fan lol

In fairness everyone knows your career isn't over after a L they just love saying Ricky Bobby type sh-t like "if you aren't first your last" despite it having no basis in reality.

I mean look no further than this fight. Canelo got beat by Floyd, a draw from earlier in his career and at least one split decision by the hair of his balls W over a subpar journeyman type opponent. JCC Jr gots a L to Sergio and Fonfara, a draw and probably 2 or more fights a lot of fans and pundits thought he shoulda lost.

So their own history says that whoever loses this fight or any other fight isn't done by any means. Boxers lose fights it's not the end of the world.

If he loses they sign a rematch and try to make a trilogy.
They always have a Cotto rematch, a dream match with Pacquiao if they can agree to the weight. They can fight Jacob's, there is a number of options they have.

The rematch would be huuuuge, Canelo's biggest fight since Mayweather. They could even get a trilogy out of it if it was controversial or competitive. That's a ton of $$$. If this happened, then why would Canelo need to fight GGG?
