What about Pacquiao? He did the same ****. At the lower weights he was draining 15lbs+, at WW he'd fight at 147 for some but not for others.

FACT: not one of those catchweights drained his opponent

those catchweights did not even disadvantage his opponents..... he gave himself an extra pound that likely benefitted him more than them..... if any of them were struggling to make weight, then it benefitted them as well

Pacquiao however..... he spent the last half of his career campaigning at manny-weight, dragging the little guys up and sucking the big guys down, including TWO world titles
