If Toney can manage to get into peak shape, I think he's got a shot here. He's mentioned in previous interviews that in fighting either Klitchko or Valuev, he'd look to stay in close to his opponents chest where they can't load up.

It's a bad style match up for JT and his present shape puts him behind the 8-ball, but Toney's tougher, slicker, and harder hitting than Byrd, so I think he's got a shot.
