I certainly didn't overrate this fight. It was entertaining but I didn't think the skill level was that high. Joshua averaged about 30 punches a round and Wlad averaged about 20 punches a round. A.J. isn't as good as I thought he was. I had him almost a sure thing to beat Wilder but old Wlad showed that AJ can be hit and hurt without much difficulty. Neither A.J. or Wilder have a very good defense or a very good chin. A.J. is a better boxer and throws more correct punches but Wilder is faster and throws more punches. A prime Holyfield threw almost 100 punches a round and had a better chin than A.J. or Wilder. AJ and Wilder are bigger but I don't think they are better guys like Holyfield and Tyson in their prime.
