The blame lies with everyone. Chavez, Froch, Canelo, Martinez, Cott, Eubank, BJS.

All those guys were being pursued at one point or another and most of them had a contract in front of them to sign and chose not to do it ( for sure Eubank, Chavez, BJS).

True. He's still dominant and feared in the MW division. When he loses one fight than one can say he's hit the wall. Until then he's the man to beat and so far nobody's been able to do it.
