Plenty of work for Lara at 154, if he doesn't think so then why doesn't he just move to 160? Golovkin has plenty of work with MWs right now without paying attention to a yapping junior MW.

Lara's fought once a year the past two years. He's a good fighter but he needs to fight more frequently than once a year and needs to pick on someone better than Yuri Foreman in order to get himself in conversations for big fights.

I disagree. Lara is getting up there in age and there aren't a lot of big money fights out there for him at 154. The only big money fight out there for him is GGG at 160. I know some sanctioning bodies allow their their lower weight champions the opportunity to skip the line if they move up to try and fight their champion at the higher weight. I mean that's what the WBO did with Canelo. If the WBA is willing to do the same thing with Lara he could be made GGG's next mandatory bout.

Lara is a year younger than Golovkin. It's Golovkin who hasn't time to waste fighting someone who does nothing for him because he isn't relevant. If Lara wants to be relevant let him fight a relevant MW or at least beat a top JMW like Charlo or even Andrade.

Canelo moved up so who is there out there at 154 that's worthy of a fight. Lara is a talented fighter but fights against guys like Yuri Foreman are a waste of time. Move up and back up all that ***** you talk Lara.
There's no money @ 154, but there is plenty of talent: Jermell Charlo, Erickson Lubin, Justin DeLoach, J-Rock Williams, and Jarret Hurd, and of course "Boo-Boo" Andrade! I want to see Lara vs. Andrade or Lara move to 160!

Hey guys lets make a ring a particular size so fighters always stay in one place! Dempsey won't have room to dip and slide on the backfoot!

Nobody ever said anything about GG going DOWN in weight for Lara. The offer from Lara has always been at 160, any time. Golovkin's team simply ignored that and took fights like Brook instead. If Lara wants this, he needs to go get it.

As far as relevancy goes, Ward just fought another top 5 P4P fighter and is about to do it again. You sound like a clown pretending that's not relevant.

Jacobs won 8 rounds to 4. The fight wasn't even close. Clear robbery.

First of all, a year isn't that big a difference especially with as much time as Lara has wasted in his career already. Andrade isn't a big money fight. I don't think he's going to fight with the JMW Charlo brother because he's already training with middleweight Charlo brother. It'll make things awkward. Canelo wants nothing to do with a Lara rematch. Cotto keeps pretending like Lara doesn't exist. But if Lara wants a big money, high profile fight the only guy who might be willing to take him on is GGG. All he has to do is put himself in a position for the fight and he can't do that if he insists on staying at 154.
