It's clear that GG had no interest in Lara in the past or now, but at this point, I can only blame Lara as he never followed through, never moved up to grab the shot. What does he expect? Golovkin will fight smaller guys when the money is too good to resist but Lara knows damn well that he is going to have to put forth a bit more effort.

relax ... it wasn't just the footwork of jacobs that troubled ggg, it was also the power. lara has nothing to keep ggg honest. he will get mauled just like monroe.

The only good thing about Lara is his wife.

No Way Jacobs Won more than 5 rounds, and was KD

Lara gotta stick with his Haymon fighter, but it's asinine to give 7 to Jacobs. Lara wouldn't even get in ring with ggg. He can't bulk up and expect to just survive.

Lara also thinks he beat Canelo azz. Jacobs did little in that fight but survive.

Why would they, Lara has no fan base and demands all kinds of money. He never really tries to contact k2 to see what was feasible. GGG has nothing to worry about with Lara. He'd sleep him.

            Pretty fair assessment.

Lara would get his ass whooped. He'd be in there with nothing but his jab and straight left. GGG has a hell of a jab too and would just cut the ring off.

Danny Jacobs actually stood in there and fought GGG on the inside and won a lot of the inside exchanges.

this is what some observers don't seem to realize.....

when a fighter says this about Golovkin.....

Jacobs Beat Golovkin, I'd Give GGG Tremendous Problems!

..... then Golovkin has Jacobs problems

                  1) don't whine at Lara, he is doing what Golovkin would do

                  2) there is a simple way to for Golovkin to stop Lara from talking shht..... either fight him, or rematch Jacobs..... but, I guess you guys won't be interested in either of those options, it's much easier to bash Lara..... right?

Golovkin did lose that fight but I think he's too big and strong for Lara. Lara is a good fighter but didn't hit hard enough to deter golovkin they soul make the fight though it would be a top three win for golovkin

GGG don't want that Cuban work, too sore after Jacobs.
