He wants the money and the belts.
Dude really? The jig is up on gaylovkin....hes PROVEN he is not nearly as great as everyone thought. If you want to be a fan of his, that's fine, but he's been exposed by a B level fighter. His power is a myth created by HBO and his fans...many of the guys he's stopped were previously stopped by lesser punchers like Martinez, and Cotto crushed geale just as impressively as gaylovkin did. He couldn't even knock a ww off of his feet. The guy defines the term hypejob.

BJS is posturing, and has no intention of fighting him. Canelo will look to fight Lemieux next and wait for GGG to age out if he ever steps up to fight him. Let's see if BJS, Jacobs, Canelo are Ina big hurry to fight Charlo any time this year. My bet is no.
And do you think triple p will be in a hurry to fight charlo?

Like i said, canelo fight is more important, we all know this, but ggg has been parroting a different story... he just needs to be honest an accept he is a business man just like the rest, stop the hypocrisy...
Things don't always go to plan.

          Circumstances are always changing.

I genuinely believe he wanted to fight BJS at the Expo. From what I've heard, his team have said he can't make the proposed date of June the 20th, and BJS has lost patience after issuing deadlines.

Now I'm willing to accept that it could be smoke and mirrors to pursue a more lucrative fight with Canelo instead. It's definitely possible. However, GG has proven already that he does want to obtain every belt in the division. If not, he wouldn't have fought Jacobs. Jacobs was a tough fight, and he waited around for him for that long, it cost him fighting 3 times last year. So he could have dumped Jacobs to one side and took on 2 other fights for more money. But he didn't do that. He wants the biggest fights and the belts, hand in hand. It's silly to suggest he's being lying about wanting the belts, just because it appears as though he's not going to be fighting BJS next. Again: Even if he fights Canelo next, he will go on to pursue whoever holds the WBO belt afterwards. There is no doubt about that.

Paying mini mike a step aside and agreed to all terms is posturing???
Supposedly they offered ggg 10 mill to fight in astana and unify... if that was true then it was well worth taking the fight even if they had to postpone canelo until may 2018...
You make a ton of money and make your dream come true in front of your people and the canelo payday will still be on the table later on...

The list of guys that haven't been previously KO'd is not impressive at all.

I think they go hand in hand. But history has so far proven it's the belts. Because if he was only in it purely for the money, he wouldn't have persevered with Jacobs for as long as he did, and he wouldn't have laughed off Oscar's offer.

GGG is the guy at MW, which means Charlo works his way to him with at least two fights. Charlo beat up on journeymen at 154, and will likely continue that trend at 160. But, he is the biggest threat I see at MW. Who do you think will be the first to fight him of the ones I mentioned? I think GGG gives him a shot before the others do. I also think Charlo serves him up his first loss.
