In the WBO unification still trumps mandatory. If they wanted the fight they could've petitioned the WBO to hold off another month and they would've done it. They are in Warren's pocket and they would rather have the money of a Saunders-GGG fight than a Saunders Khurtsidze. All I'm asking is if he wants to unify why not delay it instead of cancelling it?
What difference does any of the above make?

    He's now resting.

He can let them fight, and then hope to fight the winner as well as Canelo at some point.

You will go to absolutely any lengths to try and criticise him.

Right from the outset, he's said his dream/goal is to obtain all of the belts. Nothing has happened to convince me that that still isn't his goal. The Jacobs camp messed him around, and he could have gone in another direction. Yet he waited, even though it meant he'd been out for over 6 months.

At the end of the day, if he postponed the BJS fight for August, you'd crucify him for it, saying that he'd rather fight a bum in August instead of trying to fight Canelo in September.

If he can get the Canelo fight and he can beat him, there's absolutely no reason not to believe he won't pursue the winner of BJS-Khurtsidze afterwards. But I know that if he does that, you'll criticise him for not going to SMW instead. Yet if he went to SMW, you'd accuse him of ducking the winner. It's sad and hilarious at the same time. You need to find a new hobby.

      What are you talking about?

If GG beats Canelo, he'll be huge.

Why on earth wouldn't HBO air the final piece of the unification?

        No, he obviously wanted both.

Why would he have wanted the belt to be handed to him through politics, when if the other parties had kept their word, he could have honourably fought for it in the ring?

You've just said that he'd lose money by fighting the likes of BJS-Khurtsidze. Yet, he'll fight the winner at some point unless he loses to Canelo.

If he was purely a businessman, he'd have jumped through Oscar's hoops instead of fighting Jacobs for his belt. You can't have it both ways.

He wasn't presented with the choice of both. He was presented with one or the other and he choose the belt

The only thing that I can think of is that the poor showing against Jacobs has made Team Canelo emboldened and team Golovkin is perceiving that the Canelo fight can actually happen and don't want to nullify that with a strong showing against Saunders.

I think I'm reaching here though.

No, that's only how it ended.

You can't have it both ways.

You criticised him for taking the step-aside money. But he only did that because he thought he'd eventually get the opportunity to fight for the belt in the ring.

Oscar was taken at his word. Oscar asked for a voluntary against Khan, and told Loeffler in the post fight interview to stand by his phone. They led K2 on, and obviously had no intention of making the fight. GG only ended up with the belt due to the fact that Oscar got Canelo to drop it to instead fight Liam Smith.

We were saying before the Khan fight that Canelo wasn't gonna fight GGG after Khan. He's not fighting him after Chavez Jr either. And when Golden Boy leads him on again I'm sure you'll find a way to blame Golden Boy. This is Khan-Brook all over again and everybody can see it.

So you admit that Oscar led him on, and you think he'll continue to do so?

So why would I NOT blame Oscar??

                  What is it with you?

GG can't do right for doing wrong.

What exactly do you want him to do?

Almost counts? He had BJS (the last belt) ready and willing to fight and Golovkin p*ssied out.

"I want all the belts doe."

I think Amir Khan set the Kazakh 10 million expo money on fire, while touring Kazakhstan on a quest to find a new ******* wife.
