      Floyd has beaten more #1 ranked welterweight's than the entire 2017 Top 10 combined including Pacquaio.

      Not bad for a ducker and supports your theory.

        Since floyd retired the WW division become more exciting. I haven't seen a boxer hug and run in the ring all the time.
