Unified champion should have unified mandatories. Let the #1 contender of each organisation fight each other.
Because he was cherry picking bums like molina when he should of been fighting pulev.

the best decision for boxing, was for Fury to rematch Klitschko

        that fact was CLEARLY obvious

instead, the IBF gained Charles Martin as champion, who then lost to a rookie in his very first defence

        that was absurd

there are only two possible reasons to support that decision.....
        1) you are a fkn muppet
        2) you hate Tyson Fury

neither of those reasons are acceptable

stop supporting the IBF's ******ity by accepting that decision, and stop supporting the WBA's greed and corruption by recognizing their 2nd/3rd "champions"..... and then stop thinking that the WBC/WBO are any better than those other 2 idiots

We have almost 30 years of purse bids and TV licensing fees in the four belt era. What doubt could there possibly be that the WBC is the most valuable belt and the WBO is the least valuable belt?

Hell, an *interim* WBC belt is sometimes more valuable than a WBO belt.

WBO heavyweight title is about to be defended. May not even make it on to US TV. Purse bid was $3 million. Less than the purse bid for the *interim* WBC heavyweight title. Not to mention the proper WBC heavyweight title, which had a recent purse bid of $7.15 million.

We've got a pay-per-view tomorrow with THREE "world" titles from the WBO, a PPV that only exists because no TV network wanted the fights. A PPV that nobody is going to buy. Meanwhile, a WBC *eliminator* headlines a big show on Showtime.

The WBO is simply the Bob Arum/Frank Warren belt at this point and Arum is getting his ass kicked by Haymon in the US and Warren is getting his ass kicked by Hearn in the UK.

So stop caring about IBF titles. Top fighters don't want them because top fighters prefer organizations that will break the rules in their favor.

Think boxing has too many belts? Stop recognizing the IBF and WBO. Problem solved.

Have to consider who else has worn the belt. Who else is pursuing the belt. Otherwise fighters can hide behind fake belts.

              WBC most respected ?????????
Are you new? WBC has been the top belt since the day it was invented.

I think they should have taken my advice and just melt all the belts together making it the Super World Belt ,it would be a giant belt of four combined belts that have all the sanctioning bodies on it and all have equal ownership on one belt . And everyone lives happily ever after .
And the next day Bob Arum would throw all his weight behind the IBO.

Fury was a mandatory. Fury had a guaranteed title shot WITHOUT A REMATCH CLAUSE.

Fury *voluntarily* SOLD a rematch clause to Klitschko, because his team didn't think he was going to win.

Fury AND Klitschko both lied to the IBF and hid the rematch clause from the IBF to trick them into sanctioning the first fight even though Fury had secretly agreed to break his promise if he won.

Joshua & Klitschko have a mutual rematch clause, so being stripped by the IBF is very likely.

Wilder's best wins are better than any other current heavyweight champion. So you look like an idiot when you single him out when he has the best resume of the current champions.

Majority doesn't take WBC seriously? Then why are the purse bids so much higher than the other organizations? Why are so many of the biggest fights for WBC titles?
