I'm glad Canelo is beginning his 160 quest now.

Hopefully the GGG fight happens and if Canelo wins there's plenty of guys to fight.

    David Lemieux
    Daniel Jacobs
    Jermall Charlo
    Billy Joe Saunders
    Chris Eubank Jr
    Khurtsidze

Fighting these guys and GGG will solidify Canelo

For Triple G, if he beats Canelo. He has to fight Saunders to sweep the division by beating the last Lineal champion in Canelo and collect Saunders belt to become Undisputed.

I think after that then they will move up to 168.
There are some fights there to end the career.

    Zurdo Ramirez
    Andre Dirrell
    James DeGale
    Anthony Dirrell
    Callum Smith
    Daniel Jacobs at 168

It would be great for Triple G if he was able to get a Golovkin-Ward fight at 168. But Ward said the 168 days are over.
He would then end a solid career with only one big name on the resume with Canelo and a lot of good fighters. Still Hall of Fame material.

    But let's see what happens.

IBF gave him the limit fa990t. or else lose his belt.

Jacobs didn't cheat. He just was no longer eligible to win the IBF belt. But he made the 160 pound limit. Cheated is a little too much mustard on the hot dog

Agreed - just smart gamesmanship from Jacobs' team. Mind you I wouldn't be surprised if you start to see contractual rehydration limits in future Golovkin fights.
