Cotto was not going to be competitive with Mayweather at 140 during 2004-2006

I don't think any version of Cotto beats Mayweather, but it would of been a real good match-up at WW around 07/08.

140 would of been more one-sided i'd of thought. I think Cotto would of had his moments though, and i don't think he'd of been stopped.
He was on another level from guys at 140 like Chop Chop and Gatti.
