Based on that article I don't see much reason for a lawsuit. It don't look like Al Haymon did anything wrong. There's probably more to it than that but from that article I can see why it got dismissed.one of the biggest take aways form the lawsuit was that according to golden boys own financial expert 95% of fighters on their roster are money losers.... But I will disagree by Golden Boys on expert witness that most of their fighters are losing money. No way most of their fighters losing money. They probably used that tactic as a way to blame Al Haymon. IDK why or how they can blame him but no way Is that real. Golden boy is in the business of promoting Fighters and making money. Think about it.
If your a promoter and you have 100 Fighters and only ten of them are turning a profit while the other 90 are costing you money are you gonna keep promoting them over and over? **** no, you gonna stick with the ten that making you money.

They provided balance sheets and everything..... David lemeiux and luis ortiz were the only fighters on the whole roster that made golden boy any money besides canelo.... Those guys just made like 100 or 200 k for them.... This is all fact... This is not opinion... 95% of golden boys fighters lose money.... Trust me top ranks roster loses money mostly also thats why bob arum was smart enough to settle with haymon before all his details were exposed... Oscar just isnt very smart... If oscar was smart he would have settled with haymon for a couple of million instead of letting all his companies financial records being exposed... I'm not saying their fighters make them alot of money but like you said... 10,000 on a show here, another 15,000 on another show there. It adds up. Golden boy has been putting on shows on Estrella TV for two years now and now they have the ESPN deal.
