                  its a pretty simple rule. You have to request the unification BEFORE a mandatory is ordered. Once its ordered, then thats that. And nobody has requested a unification.

                  The nerve of the IBF to actually follow their rules. for some reason that really seems to bother people here.......

                      The IBF sticks to it's rules no matter what. I have to give them respect for that.

                      They should just ammend their rulebook to say that unifications can overrule a mandatory at any time. One small change and then they can go back to strictly following their bylaws again.
