      While just about everyone seem to be clamoring for TC v Julius, I hope TC is not looking past Felix Diaz.
      Anybody who thinks that is going to be a cake walk is in for a rude awakening.

          that other champion is unavailable. the IBF does allow a unification to take priority over a mandatory, which is why a unification just took place.

          but it has to be a unification you can actually sign and schedule. not a hypothetical unification you might try to sign later if the champion retains a month from now, doesn't get hurt, etc.

          it's mandatory time and then you can unify after.
