I actually made a post WEEKS ago saying how West Africans should be proud of the Ghanian and Mali empires, and how Timbuktu would have been a sight to behold back in the day.
Africa is the most genetically diverse continent in the world; West Africans look nothing like East Africans, and African tribes found in the south like the Khoi San, look nothing like either of those.
"Africa" is a social-construct - it's a name given to a land mass by humans. It doesn't mean that every population native to the continent was "black."
Egypt lies on the mediterranean and is close to Sumeria - the cradle of civilization.
It was referred to as "Kemet" because of the black soils found in the area after floods. LOL not because "the people were black."
The Egyptians CLEARLY DEPICTED themselves as different from the Nubians, who they depicted as having features of West-Africans.
If you go back far enough, everyone is related to everyonee.
But there is absolutely NO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE to believe that the descendants of ****** from West Africa were any more genetically related to Ancient Egyptians, than the "Middle Eastern" people who populate the country today. Egypt was closer to "Arabic" countries and middle-eastern Caucasian people than the West Africans.
So - why don't blacks ever talk about Ghanian empire? Or Mali Empire? Why is it only "WE WUZ KANGS N SHEET". Or what's even MORE HILARIOUS - is to hear them claim than they were the Moors.

Loma's total landed per round should be 23.1 not 16.9 (per the link you gave). Just as aside also if I'm gonna use compubox at all the stat I always think is most relevant is one that they don't usually give you, but which can be relatively easily calculated - the ratio of punches landed per round to opponent landed per round.
Just at a rough calculation Loma's ratio is about 3:1 which is higher I think than any other recent championship level fighter AFAIK (Kovalev and Golovkin for example - prior to their most recent fights maxed out at around 2.5:1)Last edited by Citizen Koba; 04-14-2017, 01:13 PM.Comment

Well, I'm not saying it's 100% accurate, however, it's more than "1 old guy". There are 2 people (1 for each fighter obviously) and each has to either have been a boxer themselves, or have had to cover fights at ringside in some form, so they have to understand the sport very well, they are then trained for 6 months watching dvds of fights and counting punches to check accuracy. Once they feel they are satisfactory, they will go to live fights, work undercards, while still having someone else count along with them, do its pretty extensive. Again, is it 100%? No, and there's no way it really can be.Comment
